We support our clients in the financial negotiation of their arrangements, obtaining financing resources, the legal and tax structuring of LBO and OBO transactions in conjunction with other professionals (accountants, notaries, investment bankers , financial evaluators, auditors, etc.), the drafting of documents and the concrete implementation of the arrangements.
